Our hand poured Reed Diffusers are a low maintenance & flame free way to give your home a warm and inviting aroma all day long. They are hand poured in small batches and contain 4 fl oz of premium fragrance that is phthalate free and non toxic to you and your family (including fur babies). Choose between our black or wood reed sticks!
Providing the perfect amount of scent for any room in your home, just flip your reed sticks every 1-2 weeks to refresh and enhance the fragrance.
Scents:
Santal + Shea Butter: A sweet, nutty, sexy combination of creamy shea butter, vanilla and luxurious sandalwood.
Ginger Wood + Palo Santo: Warm woods and hints of black currant dance in reminiscence of hearthy embers + a roaring fireplace.

Order Processing
Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST) will begin the processing period of the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Returns
14 Day Return/ Exchange Policy
We accept returns on items (except items marked as ‘Sale’) within 14 days of the delivery date.In store we offer a 14 day exchange only policy. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned items, STOREHOUSE NEUTRAL has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
Once we receive your return we will issue your refund to the original form of payment or for store credit within 5-7 business days.
Sale items and items are final sale and will not be refunded.
