Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.  Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to the order or shipping information so please ensure all details are correct prior to purchasing. Orders placed before 11:00 AM (EST) will be processed and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 11:00 AM (EST)  will begin the processing period of the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. Please note, processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

We accept returns on items (except items marked as ‘Sale’) within 14 days of the delivery date.In store we offer a 14 day exchange only policy. Items must be unused and unworn, in their original packaging and with all tags still attached. Upon receipt of returned items, STOREHOUSE NEUTRAL has the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.

Once we receive your return we will issue your refund to the original form of payment or for store credit within 5-7 business days.

Sale items and items are final sale and will not be refunded.
